As a public health researcher with a Master of Public Health (MPH), Amshu is passionate about advancing health systems research, promoting equitable healthcare access, and driving evidence-based policymaking. Her work focuses on strengthening healthcare systems, improving public health interventions, and fostering sustainable improvements in resource-limited settings. With expertise in research, health system strengthening, nutrition, health promotion, pre-hospital preparedness, capacity building, and program planning and implementation, Amshu contributes to the Nepal Federal Health System project through evidence-based activities, including capacity-building initiatives. She is committed to continuous learning and innovation, integrating data-driven solutions to address emerging public health challenges and improve healthcare outcomes across Nepal. Energetic, self-motivated, and pragmatic, Amshu has excellent academic and interpersonal skills. Passionate, hardworking, and accountable, she is a responsible team player who values punctuality and collaboration. With experience in public health programs, research, and capacity-building activities, Amshu is eager to further develop her skills and broaden her perspective through practical work experiences both in Nepal and internationally.
